Chapter 1: Love

Amidst the shadows of existence, a slow pull into love and longing is reborn. With the passage of time, a blissful and inspiring love blooms from the remains of the past life, affirming that lightning can and will strike more than once in the same place, perhaps even in the same way, but that this truth doesn’t diminish the unique beauty that exists in each instance.

The original version of “It’s Got Me Again”—titled “It’s Got Me”—appeared on The Zia Fantasy trilogy in 2020. As the years go by, the trilogy of pandemic-driven EPs reveals itself as a demo tape of home recordings that the band can propel into a multitude of sonic directions.
